VC Smith Management LLC offers a variety of services primarily in southwestern West Virginia counties of Putnam, Mason, Cabell and Kanawha. We have hay for sale from our field office in Fraziers Bottom, West Virginia in either round or square bales. Produce may be picked up in the field, in the barn, or even delivered.

We offer a variety of both commercial and residential properties for lease. In addition, hunting leases and short term rentals are also available. Area rentals and boat slips are also in our portfolio.
